Phongsavath Vilabouth (Andy), Has over 13 years experience in the hotel industry, the last post being Sales Manager of Villa Santi Hotel & Resort. Despite his relatively young age, he is very skilled in the tourism industry, with a wide knowledge for tailor made or customized trips throughout Indochina. Andy excels in organizing overland trips to remote areas, and has a deep interest in cultural preservation. He is employed in Viengchampa Tour Co., Ltd in the role of Quality & Customer Care Manager. Xay, Originally from Luang Prabang, Xay moved to Vientiane and graduated with in BA in English language from the University of Laos.  He then worked in marketing at a local hotel, before joining Exotissimo in their sales department.  The experience he gained there meant he joined the ranks of Viengchampa as a Sales Executive.  Since joining Viengchampa he has travelled to both Vietnam and Cambodia, including Angkor Wat, and so is ideally suited to organizing tours through Indochina.

Mr. Veeraphon INTHILAD (Jack) has been working for a ground handler now for over 5 years and thus is an experienced and vital member of the Viengchampa team.   He started out in Sales working for Diethelm Travel for 2 years before moving to Viengchampa in 2004, where he has been ever since.  He now deals with our Asia market and holds the position of Asia & Incentive Sales Manager.

Noy, has gained considerable experience working for Exotissimo for 3 years in inbound sales, prior to joining Viengchampa as a Sales Executive.  She has recently been on a ‘fam’ trip to Vietnam, and her high level of English, combined with her experience in the travel industry makes her the ideal person to communicate with for your tour requirements.
